* How can I track the delivery of my order?
- Your products will be shipped within max. 3-4 days. Once shipped, the product will be delivered to the destination at a convenient time.

- We offer FREE SHIPPING for our products.

- We offer PTT Kargo. Charges may apply.

* Can my location be serviced?

* If I order more than one product/quantity, will I receive all my products on the same day?
- If you order more than one item in a single order, we will try to ship all items together. However, this may not always be possible due to the nature of the product and/or the mode of delivery.
* Can someone else pick up the order on my behalf?
- The person accepting delivery on your behalf must have a valid identification document.
* Can I return the product if there is a defect?
